How much do I pay upfront?
Fixed cost packages are 50% up front and the balance on completion prior to the release of your project deliverables. Larger projects are agreed based on the scope and deliverables, but typically split into two-three stages. Retainers are paid monthly, or quarterly in advance, depending on the agreement.
Do you charge any hidden fees?
No, whether you chose one of our packages, or a custom quaotation, the price you pay reflects the price we agree at the outset. Additional costs can fall due when additional out of scope works are requested later. For example, you decide to animate your new logo, or want to utilise your brand on some killer merchandise. In these cases we will quote for the extras. Our quotes and packages do not include printing costs, unless requested specifically.
